Newsletter
The form requests only an email address and consent to receive the newsletter. Subscription requires confirmation by email (double opt-in) — an unconfirmed address remains inactive.
Subscriptions and delivery are handled by Kit (ConvertKit, LLC), based in the United States — the email address entered in the form is sent directly to Kit and processed under its privacy policy. This constitutes a data transfer outside the European Economic Area.
Processing is based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The address is stored until consent is withdrawn.
Analytics and browser storage
The site uses no client-side analytics, advertising trackers or user profiles. The only connection to an external service (app.kit.com) occurs when the subscription form is submitted. If this changes, we will update this notice.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and withdraw consent at any time — by emailing [email protected] or by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter email.
